Boise Cascade Office Products is an American based office stationery Company situated in Mulgrave. Boise supply office stationery to Education departments and corporate customers. Responsibilities of Sales Administration Education/Personal
Assistant:
Co-ordination of Administration duties for
the processing and rolling of quotes and orders. Produce, copy and distribute 'Individual
forms' to schools. Organise paperwork, cash floats and equipment
for school 'sell days'. Employ, training and supervision of 5 Data
Entry clerks and approximately 20 Sellers during the peak period. Produce Quotations. Data Entry (Order processing and Invoicing). Customer Service. Credit note collation and processing. Liaise with freight companies, schools,
parents and school children and
Boise internal departments. Assisting in obtaining current costing for
